What happened Bath & Beauty Box subscription?
Bath & Beauty Box is now offering only gift boxes at this time. We may continue to offer subscription boxes at a later date, but at this time enjoy a one-time gift box in the shop.
What is Bath & Beauty Box?
Bath & Beauty Box is a fun bi-monthly subscription box curated for you to enjoy self-care at home with premium bath and body essentials + candles!
Do you offer corporate, event, team or group packages?
Yes, we do! We love offering self-care packages to teams and we know you love to celebrate them. Go to: https://www.bathandbeautybox.com/group-sales and fill out the form so we can assist you properly.
I want to be a brand ambassador.

When does my box ship?
We ship your first box to you immediately, then you can expect your next box to arrive on the 5th of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November.
Your first box is a welcome box, expect your next box to be a theme Bath & Beauty Box
If we are sold out, you will be prompted to a waitlist where we will notify once we open more available slots to subscribe.
How does a bi-monthly subscription box work?
Our theme changes every other month. We ship full-size products for you to enjoy for two full months!
Bill on the 1st of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November
We will ship on the 5th of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November.
What’s included in the box?
Bath & Beauty Box includes:
- (2) skincare product
- (1) bath/shower related item
- (1) self-care tool
- (1) 8.5oz glass jar soy candle
When can I expect to be billed?
You are billed immediately for your first box, then on the 1st of shipping cycle.
Bill on the 1st of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November
We will ship on the 5th of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November.
What's the cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so 14 days before the the next bill date.
To cancel, log into your Bath & Beauty Box account. There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling your account does not provide a refund for paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a cancellation email after you have cancelled.

I entered the incorrect shipping address and didn’t receive my box?
Please confirm the correct address before checking out. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is shipped, we will require $15.00 to reship the order. If the item is no longer available, we will inform you.
If you move and don’t change your address, before the 1st billing day on the of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November we will require $15.00 to reship the order.
My products arrived damaged?
If you received damaged products, please send us an email immediately at support@bathandbeautybox.com with photos of your complete box, damaged goods, customer name, and tracking number.
I am missing an item in my box?
If you are missing an item, please send us an email immediately at support@bathandbeautybox.com
I am allergic to the product?
We understand all products may not work for you. Every Bath & Beauty Box is a surprise, we strongly suggest you read the labels and ingredients for each product or visit the brand's website to inquire about the ingredients.
We will not be liable for any damage, medical risk or harm, allergy, sensitivity or any caused by the products in a Bath & Beauty Box or purchased from us.

How do I track my box?
We ship via USPS and a tracking number will be issued to you once we ship. If you have not received your package within 15 days, please let us know at support@bathandbeautybox.com
During Covid-19 and/or the holiday season expect delays during shipping.
When can I expect my box?
We ship via USPS and you will receive a shipping notification and/or tracking number. Please allow 5 days once you receive a shipping notification.
How may I skip my subscription?
If you would like to view past invoices, manage your active subscriptions, update your address change credit card data or skip a payment. Go to

I want a refund
Due to the nature of the subscription box, we do not accept returns. If do not enjoy or like a product included in your box - feel free to gift it to a friend!
