Absolutely, the majority of all the products you receive in a Bath & Beauty Box are vegan. However, our focus is to deliver clean products to your daily skincare routine and you may receive a non-vegan product in your box.
Your first box will ship within 3 days of ordering if available or between the 1st - 3rd of the following month if we are sold out.
Our billing cycle is
- February box - bills January 15th, ships February 1st - 3rd
- April box - bills March 15th, ships April 1st - 3rd
- June box - bills May 15th, ships June 1st - 3rd
- August box - bills July 15th, ships August 1st - 3rd
- October box - bills September 15th, ships October 1st - 3rd
- December box - bills November 15th, ships December 1st - 3rd
You will be charged immediately for a Bath & Beauty Box, if we are sold out you can opt to enter the waitlist during checkout.
Every other month discover 5-6 high-quality, safe, and clean make-up, skincare, hair care products, and accessories for every shade.
All of our products are cruelty-free, which means they contain non-toxic ingredients with fewer chemicals and fragrances.
We partner with brands that are also dedicated to clean, conscious and cruelty-free ingredients.
In order to ensure you receive a box immediately, we may alter your billing cycle based on availability.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is shipped, we will require $15.00 to reship the order. If the item is no longer available, we will inform you.
If you received damaged products, please send us an email immediately at support@bathandbeautybox.com with photos of your complete box, damaged goods, customer name, and tracking number.

We understand all products may not work for you. Every Bath & Beauty Box is a surprise, we strongly suggest you read the labels and ingredients for each product or visit the brand's website to inquire about the ingredients.
We will not be liable for any damage, medical risk or harm, allergy, sensitivity or any caused by the products in a Bath & Beauty Box or purchased from us.
