Our goal is to deliver a spa in a box for busy women to pamper themselves.
All of our products are cruelty-free.
Your first box will ship within 3 days of ordering if we are not sold out.
Expect your next box to arrive on the 5th of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November.
The majority of all the products you receive in a Bath & Beauty Box are vegan. However, you may receive non-vegan items in your box.
You will be charged immediately for a Bath & Beauty Box, if we are sold out you can opt to enter the waitlist during checkout.
In order to ensure you receive a box immediately, we may alter your billing cycle based on availability.
Please confirm the correct address before checking out.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is shipped, we will require $15.00 to reship the order. If the item is no longer available, we will inform you.
If you received damaged products, please send us an email immediately at email@example.com with photos of your complete box, damaged goods, customer name, and tracking number.
We try to source the highest quality skincare and beauty products.
We understand all products may not work for you. Every Bath & Beauty Box is a surprise, we strongly suggest you read the labels and ingredients for each product or visit the brand's website to inquire about the ingredients.
We will not be liable for any damage, medical risk or harm, allergy, sensitivity or any caused by the products in a Bath & Beauty Box or purchased from us.

We ship via USPS and a tracking number will be issued to you once we ship. If you have not received your package within 15 days, please let us know at email@example.com
During Covid-19 and/or the holiday season expect delays during shipping.
We ship via USPS and you will receive a shipping notification and/or tracking number. Please allow 5 days once you receive a shipping notification.
If you would like to view past invoices, manage your active subscriptions, change credit card data or pause/cancel your subscription.
Go to the navigation button and select the account button, it looks like a shopping cart, then select manage to change your account information like credit card, pause/cancel your subscription, update address, etc.
Due to the nature of the subscription box, we do not accept returns. If do not enjoy or like a product included in your box - feel free to gift it to a friend!.
